- workshop will be carried out according to the idea of “Emotional Painting” project by Adam Plackowski.

   "Emotional Painting" - project run by Association for Developmental Animation in Emotional Painting for Art Therapy “Placek” founded by Adam Plackowski. This is a fusion of therapy and art that allows participants to express themselves freely. Later, a professional artist transforms the colorful emotional work into art.

   “Emotional Bridges” aims to conduct at least 100 Emotional Painting actions all over the world.

   “Choice to Choose”(“C2C”)is promoting Emotional Painting by organizing “Emotional Bridges” workshops and would like to invite all interested people to take part in this fun event. 
“Emotional Bridges” should be an artistic combination of organizations working with children and teenagers, local artists and charities.

Through Emotional Painting workshop:
   (1) bring joy to the children and teenagers who take part in the ME event (the event will be organized with the cooperation of the local charity organization working with children or youth).  
   (2) build a safe space where participants will be able to feel free and have fun to paint.
   (3) break the mold of “art education” – the most important qualities in ME is free expression, which helps invigorate the child and shows the inherent abilities of every human being. Without stressing - „paint correctly”, using and copying ideas of others, we strongly encourage participants to be „Explorers”, to use their own imagination and creativity in expressing themselves by art and the act of creation.
   (4) cooperate with local painters, who will present themselves and will be exposed to children and teenagers imagination. Where artist can stop fighting with white backgrounds, but as a starting point for their creation use emotional paintings created by the children. To promote the local artists and their work and will financially support the authors. (for example: 70% for humanitarian project and 30% for the artist – should be agreed locally).
   (5) promote local humanitarian projects. To help gain financial aids for the humanitarian organizations by exhibiting the emotional paintings and selling them. (Selling the paintings is up to the local organizers, NGOs, children and artists, and should be agreed before the event).
   (6) invite local media, VIPs and encourage them to support the local humanitarian organizations and artists.

Organizational aide will be provided by “Choice to Choose”, Association for Developmental Animation in Emotional Painting for Art Therapy “Placek”

Financial aspects of “Emotional Bridges”
   (1) local co-organizers and organizations shall cover all costs conected with “Emotional Bridges” activity. „C2C” and „Placek” are not responsibe for any costs of local Emotional Painitng actions conected with “Emotional Bridges” and wan’t cover any.
   (2) Organizers will publish postcards with the best Emotional Paintings and a book containing the stories and pictures from “Emotional Bridges ” activities all over the world. These will also be available to promote local artists and humanitarian projects and for fund raising purposes; every local organizer will be given 2 free books and two sets of postcards. “C2C and “Placek” will cover all costs of prinitng and sending it to local organizers.

Every artist and NGO is more than welcome to continue local Emotional Painting workshop, and will be given as much support as possible from our side.
